Kimberly Bruzzese, Administrative Assistant

Kimberly Bruzzese joined Froehlich Financial Group in January of 2016 as Administrative Assistant. Her main responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering client calls and maintaining Tom’s client base.

Prior to joining Froehlich Financial Group, Kimberly was an administrative assistant/roadshow coordinator for Citigroup Global Markets for 15 years.  Kimberly was responsible for supporting numerous high yield traders and salespeople while also coordinating high yield roadshows for the capital markets division.  Her roadshow events allowed potential clients to understand the new syndicate deals via one on one and group meetings. Prior to Citigroup, Kimberly worked as an administrative assistant for many prestigious investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, Nomura, and DLJ over her 28 year career on Wall Street.

Kimberly lives in Manalapan with her husband John and their two children, Ryan 10 and Michael 9. They keep her busy year round with activities such as travel soccer, basketball and tae kwon do.  In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys reading books, watching movies and golfing

Tara Blackburn, Financial Assistant

Tara Blackburn joined Froehlich Financial Group in April of 2015 and has 17 years experience in the financial services industry. Tara began her career in the ACAT Transfer department at Pershing LLC in Jersey City, NJ, where she learned the ins and outs of account transfers. She left Pershing LLC after 7 years taking a position in the Transfer of Assets department at MetLife Securities in Iselin, NJ.

Working in a smaller broker dealer gave Tara more in depth experience with the financial advisor’s needs. After 5 years with MetLife Securities, she joined a small firm at the Jersey shore, where she was responsible for daily operations including opening new accounts, transferring funds, processing client transactions and providing hands on client service. Working closely with Tom and Dana, Tara is responsible for many administrative tasks, as well as processing business transactions and ensuring client satisfaction. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Rider University.

Tara lives in Bayville with her two children, Chase 10 and Lyla 8. They keep her busy year round with activities such as baseball, basketball and dance.

Charley Froehlich

Charley Froehlich began his career with Froehlich Financial Group, LTD. in September 2009 as the office jester. After Lexie joined the Froehlich staff, Charley was promoted to Chief Morale Officer. He commands his post with stellar commitment and professionalism, promptly reminding Tom daily—with solid support from Lexie—when quitting time has arrived.

In his spare time when he is not at home swimming, Charley volunteers his time as a certified therapy dog. Charley accompanies Tom on his visits to local hospitals and nursing homes where patients enjoy Charley’s infectious charm and affection. Charley and Tom have recently added Spring Lake Heights Elementary School to their list of places to visit.

Lexie Froehlich

Lexie's feisty personality fits well with the Froehlich team, enhancing the work atmosphere with her endless teasing and playfulness. While her primary responsibility is to impress everyone who enters the office, Lexie is also responsible for entertaining Charley. Lexie joined Froehlich in February 2011 and is an outstanding companion and playmate for Charley. She keeps him in check and exhausted from all of their activities. Like Charley, Lexie loves swimming in her pool at home.

Lexie recently fulfilled one of her career goals by becoming certified as a therapy dog. Now, she takes great pleasure and pride in accompanying Tom and Charley on their visits to hospitals and nursing homes, and is also enjoying their visits to Spring Lake Heights Elementary School where she and Charley work with kids to give them more confidence in their reading and speaking skills.
